Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani Marley was a popular Reggae Singer for many years. Born in Falmouth Jamaica, he was one of the wealthiest and most affluent. He starred in the iconic film Shottas opposite another singer Wyclef Jean. Ky-Mani signed to Shang Records where he recorded his debut album in 1996. like Father Like Son and several singles, including Judge Not with Patra and Dear Dad" (which topped the British reggae charts) Who The Cap Fit (remix) and Sensimelia each of which contributed to his increasing popularity among the newest generation of reggae artists. In 1997 Ky-Mani joined forces together with Praswell (Fugees) for Avenue an acclaimed cover that was a cover of the song by Eddy Grant Electric Avenue. Marley first performed on stage in Miami at Midem. Marley performed in the Cameo Theatre that was broadcasted live across 36 countries. Marley was part of a bidding dispute. He joined Gee Street/V2 Records. There he finished a collaboration with P.M. Dawn is the singer on Gotta Movin'
